What the client wanted
The Flynn’s wanted to downsize to a smaller home as their children have
grown.
Design Strategy/Solution
The addition was constructed at the rear of the home to offer a modest but
comfortable kitchen and master suite while maintaining enough space for the
grand children to spend some time.
