The family wanted to build an addition attached to their home to provide a
bedroom suite for their Mom so she could be close but still have her own
space.
Design Strategy/Solution
The addition was constructed over the existing garage to provide a suite for
Mom attached to the existing second floor. An additional one story addition
was added to accommodate the family’s shared storage needs and exercise
area.
